The 2004 Presidential Innagural gave Staged Right an oppurtunity to shine at several high profile events in the Washington, DC area.
Staged Right was involved in over a dozen Innagural events that chilly January evening, scattered across Washington. The challenges became immediately apparent as the date approached and the Metropolitan Police Dept. announced that it was virtually shutting down all downtown traffic for security reasons. Thankfully Staged Right was able to use its liasons with the MPD and US Secret Service to negioate neccessary deliveries to its event sites. These liasons have been created over years of events with the involvement of nearly every security agency in the DC Metro Area.
The challenges extended beyond security. With literally hundreds of events on one night, local event resources were scarce. Staged Right, using its network of event resources was able to pull equipment in from as far away as France. Staged Right had all of this equipment shipped directly to our BWI warehouse facility so that it could be prepped exactly to our specifications for each show.
When load-in day came, each of our shows and crews were meticulously prepared. The challenges of each event were mitigated by the proffessionalism of our crews at each event site. Each of Staged Right events loaded in on-time and on-budget. We delivered to each producer exactly what we promised and more.
Thousands of attendees witnessed the dozens of events that Staged Right was an integral part of and we are greatful to be a part of their memories.
